In recent years, the actively researched technology of Network Slicing (NS), based on the concept of representing the overall network infrastructure as various customizable logical networks called slices, implies the division of mobile network operators into two groups: Infrastructure Providers (InPs) and Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs). The latter lease physical resources from InPs to create their slices to provide services to their users with varying quality of service (QoS) requirements. This article proposes a scheme for accessing network radio resources in NS-enabled networks, providing users with services with non-Guaranteed Bit Rate (non-GBR) and priority management based on the implementation of a user service interruption mechanism.
